Super Set Strength/Stretch Class - Tuesday 9-10 am
This self paced class combines strength exercises with a 90 second active or passive rest to give you a great 60 minute workout. Cardio Strength Circuit - Thursday 9-10 am Challenging strength and cardio stations create a full body workout that is totally self paced and over before you know it.
